The Phone Banking Service operates from 08:00 to 22:00, on working days at 801.11.802.803 (local rate) and +30 210-64.18.888 from abroad or mobile phones.

 How do I become a user of the service?

• Visit one of Bank of Cyprus branches and gain access immediately and free of charge.
• Alternatively fill out the REGISTRATION OF INTEREST FORM, in order to receive a registration pack.

 What kind of transactions can I perform through the service?

See all the services offered, in detail. For general information, it is not required to be a user of the service, nor to provide security codes. Indicative, by using our Phone Banking Service, you can:

• Get information about the balances and the statements of your accounts, cards, checks, mutual funds and stocks
• Pay your bills quickly and easily
• Make stock exchange transactions

 What are the benefits of  the service?

• Expanded banking hours (08:00-22:00)
• Transactions free of charge or at low charges
• Common security codes with the Internet Banking Service
• Authorization of additional users to act on your behalf, with their own personal set of security codes

 Using the service

• Listen to the options of the Phone Banking Service:

1. Stock Exchange information or transactions and
2. Banking transactions

• Press the button that best suits your choice,
• gain access to the automated service system (IVR) and you will be asked to dial the number of your Cyprus Debit Card or Membership Card and your personal security code.
• Otherwise, if you select to speak with one of our representatives, you will be asked for the number of your Cyprus Debit Card (or Membership Card) and 2 random digits of your personal security code.

Your access will be automatically deactivated after the 3rd consecutive wrong entry of your security code in the Alternative Network Services (Internet & Phone Banking).

In this case, you may re-issue your security code immediately and free of charge, through one of Bank of Cyprus branches or by applying at the Phone Banking Service.
